I am a BACP Registered, trauma informed Integrative therapist with 20 years of experience, working with many different issues life can throw at us.

Working with individuals and couples, both face to face in Knebworth village and online, in a way that places you, at the heart of the work and at you own pace.  I offer skilled, warm and compassionate support to help you untangle and understand what is happening for you. We might do this by exploring, re-evaluating and processing feelings, beliefs, patterns of behaviour, thinking habits, patterns in the body and energetic influence and impact. I work in experiential, focussing and creative ways to support your journey towards greater understanding and healing.
